Paul is an experienced property investor, developer and active landlord in both residential and commercial market for over 25 years. He founded Rent Guarantor to address a market need.

Emma Foy

Emma has a Bachelor of Business and decade of marketing and operations experience across multiple industries, both corporate and start-ups. She joined RentGuarantor in 2013

CFO

Kieron Becerra

Kieron is FCCA qualified and an executive with over 16 years experience in finance. Having held senior positions in various sectors including an AIM listed multi-national oil and gas company he has developed a variety of skills which together with his experience has meant that over the years he has also been engaged as a consultant, including by various start-ups.

NON-EXEC CHAIRMAN

Graham Duncan

Graham is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years’ capital markets experience. He also holds the Corporate Finance Diploma issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Since 2013, Graham has run a consultancy business providing advice to growing private and public companies in the UK and internationally. Prior to this, Graham was a capital markets director with Mazars LLP in London.

Non-Executive Director

Peter Coleman MBE

Now retired, Peter's background includes nearly ten years in mortgage brokerage and over twenty five years in IT consultancy. He has worked with some well known international companies and Government Departments as well as small family concerns. He was awarded an MBE for IT services to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1991.

Warrants

On Admission, the Company agreed to grant Optiva warrants to subscribe for 3,750 new Ordinary Shares exercisable at £2.00 per Ordinary Share at any time from the date of Admission for three years. Optiva were granted warrants equal in value to the 6 per cent placing commission fee.
